Sweet Bourbon Grilled Salmon
Ingredients:
- 2-4 6oz. filets of Coho Salmon
- Kosher salt
- Fresh ground pepper
- 1 bottle Sweet Bourbon Grillin' Sauce
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Directions:
- With a basting brush, lightly brush both sides of your salmon filets with olive oil, reserving a little to brush on your clean grill grate. Important: Your grill grate must be clean to prevent the salmon from sticking to the grill.
- Lightly season each side of your salmon with kosher salt and fresh ground pepper. Preheat grill to 400°F.
- While the grill is preheating, pour 4oz. of the Sweet Bourbon Grillin' Sauce into a small saucepan and heat on stove until sauce starts to slightly simmer. Sauce should be warm, not boiling.
- Once the grill reaches the desired temperature, brush the clean grill grate with olive oil and place salmon - skin side up - on the grill. Close grill lid and let cook for five minutes.
- With a wide spatula, flip salmon and brush top side with Sweet Bourbon Grillin' Sauce and cook for 5 minutes longer.
- Glaze salmon with Sweet Bourbon Grillin' Sauce once more and remove from grill. Let cool for 5-10 minutes and enjoy!

Gift Exchange Policy:
For those of you returning a gift you received (and don’t worry, we won’t tell), you, too, have 30 days to return your gift for store credit. However, that 30-day window begins from the date your gift was purchased, not when you received it. So don’t procrastinate if it’s not your taste.
Christmas Exchange Policy:
We love holidays. Which is why each season, we extend the window to return items. Beginning November 1, our 30-day exchange policy extends to January 15 of the following calendar year.
