Truffle Parmesan + Black Garlic Snack Crackers
Serves 12-15; Prep Time: 5 Minutes; Cook Time: 7-10 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 sleeves of Saltine crackers
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup Canola oil
- 2 TBSP Truffle Parmesan + Black Garlic Seasoning
- 4 TBSP Brown Sugar
- 2 TBSP Honey
Directions:
- Carefully layer all crackers in a Ziplock bag large enough to move around and adjust the crackers.
- Whisk together both types of oil, Truffle Parmesan + Black Garlic Seasoning, brown sugar, and honey. The brown sugar will not disolve.
- Slowly pour half of the olive oil mixture into the bag making sure to distribute any brown sugar, as it may clump. Move crackers around so the mixture is evenly coated. Pour in the remaining final mixture.
- Let the crackers marinate on a flat surface for at least 6 hours (preferably overnight or 24 hours).
- Bake at 350°F for 7-10 minutes. The sugar burns quickly, so pull from oven as soon as the sugar has begun to melt.
- Let crackers cool completely, then serve and enjoy!

Gift Exchange Policy:
For those of you returning a gift you received (and don’t worry, we won’t tell), you, too, have 30 days to return your gift for store credit. However, that 30-day window begins from the date your gift was purchased, not when you received it. So don’t procrastinate if it’s not your taste.
Christmas Exchange Policy:
We love holidays. Which is why each season, we extend the window to return items. Beginning November 1, our 30-day exchange policy extends to January 15 of the following calendar year.
